Your Privacy Choices
Effective date: August 20, 2026
This page explains the privacy choices available to you at bellethy.com. We have written it to reflect how our site actually works today, not a generic template. For the full details of how we handle personal information, please read our Privacy Policy.
1. Your choices at a glance
- Ask us to access, correct, delete, or provide a copy of your personal information.
- Manage or clear cookies through your browser.
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
Because of how our site is built (explained below), there is currently no sale of your data or targeted-advertising tracking to opt out of.
2. We do not sell your personal information
Bellethy does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not exchange it with third parties in return for other valuable consideration. Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing for you to opt out of in that respect — and we do not display a “Do Not Sell” toggle that would not actually do anything.
3. We do not share it for targeted advertising
We do not “share” your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and our website does not run third-party advertising or social-media tracking pixels (such as Meta/Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok, or Pinterest). We verified this on our own site. If we ever introduce advertising technologies, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy, and we will provide a genuine opt-out mechanism where the law requires one.
4. Your privacy rights and how to use them
Depending on where you live, applicable U.S. state privacy laws may give you the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information;
- Obtain a portable copy of your information;
- Opt out of the sale of personal information or of targeted advertising (which, as noted above, we do not currently do).
To exercise any of these, email us at info@bellethy.com from the address associated with your account, and tell us what you would like to do. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
5. Cookie choices
Our site uses only first-party cookies: those strictly necessary to run the store, and our own first-party analytics/attribution cookies (which are not shared with advertisers). You can view, block, or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break the cart, checkout, and sign-in. For the full list, see our Cookie Policy.
6. Opt-out preference signals (Global Privacy Control)
Some browsers and extensions can send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal that automatically communicates an opt-out of sale/sharing. Where applicable law requires us to honor such a signal, we will treat it as a valid opt-out request. In practice, because we do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, there is currently no such processing for a GPC signal to stop.
7. A note on legal applicability
U.S. state privacy laws apply to businesses that meet certain size or data-volume thresholds, which vary by state. Whether a particular state law currently applies to Bellethy depends on facts such as our revenue and the number of consumers whose data we process: [BUSINESS OWNER CONFIRMATION REQUIRED]. Regardless of whether a specific law applies, we aim to honor reasonable privacy requests as described above.
8. Contact
To make a privacy request or ask a question about your choices, email info@bellethy.com. For full details on how we collect and use information, see our Privacy Policy.
